# Resource Planning & Capacity Management

Most teams don't find out someone is overloaded until it's already a problem.

By the time a manager notices, deadlines have slipped, work has been deprioritised, or someone is burning out. Capacity planning in a spreadsheet tells you what was true last week. It doesn't tell you what's coming.
